Returns & Refunds

At Moobaa, every piece is made-to-order with care, so your little ones receive clothing that’s consciously crafted, not mass produced. As a result, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Made-to-Order Items

Since all Moobaa garments are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders placed, unless the item delivered is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong size/style sent)

If any of the above applies, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@moobaa.in, with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Size-Related Concerns

To help you choose the best fit, we provide detailed size charts and garment measurements for every product. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to assist.

We do not accept size-related returns once the order is made.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after. Post that window, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds (in case of damage or wrong item) will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
